Jessica is a Pyrographer & Painter living in Eugene, Oregon. After leaving a career in Cartoons at the Nickelodeon Animation Studio, she relocated herself in the Pacific Northwest to pursue her own artistic path.
When illustrating & burning a wooden clock depicting the “Grady Girls” from Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining, to hang in her own kitchen, the idea of wood burn portraits was born.
Her work hangs in private collections in Oregon, North Carolina, Texas, New York, Pennsylvania, and California.
The entire series depicting the characters from “Twin Peaks” were lauded by Kyle MacLachlan, and can be seen featured at Hicksville Pines Chalets & Motel in Idyllwild, California (Hicksville.com)
